How many are you deficient in?
Let’s make you into a testosterone production machine…
I’m going to go over some of the main building blocks of testosterone, and reveal to you how you can get more of it!
Let’s go:
1. Zinc
Get zinc from foods like oysters and pumpkin seeds. It plays a critical role in modulating serum testosterone levels.
2. Saturated fats
It has been proven countless times that a low fat diet will reduce your testosterone.
You NEED fats.
A lot of people say saturated fats are bad, but this conclusion came from ONE poorly designed study that omitted many countries to skew their results.
The average French person eats saturated fats like a gym bro downing a protein shake… Saturated fats make up 15% of their diet.
Yet you don’t see them dropping from heart disease do you?
Eat your red meat.
3. Vitamin D
This micronutrient is essential to testosterone production, and studies have shown a massive 25% difference in testosterone levels between those who get enough vitamin D, and those who don’t.
One of the best things you can do for yourself is go on a 10 minute walk in the sun every morning.
You’ll instantly feel more energetic, plus your stress levels will go down (reducing cortisol) which will improve your testosterone levels further.
4. Vitamin E
This will increase the mobility of your sperm and make them invincible.
All you need a day is 15g. You can get enough with 4 tablespoons of peanut butter. Other good sources are hazelnuts, avocados, and red MEAT!
5. Cholesterol
Cholesterol is essential.
75% of people who die from heart disease in America apparently have “good” cholesterol levels…
But it is not the total cholesterol that is important. It’s having enough of the right type of cholesterol and the Standard American Diet doesn’t provide enough of it.
Processed and sugar laden junk will increase bad cholesterol.
Eat your grass-fed red meat, liver, eggs, shellfish, and full fat dairy my friend…
And that’s a wrap!
P.S. Don’t forget…
For harder boners simply take 4 capsules of Wood a day. For higher Sex-Drive and reduced Recovery Times, it’s Fire.
