So what are some techniques you can use to last longer?

Tip #1: Start with your least stimulating sex position

The reason for this is because the first 5 minutes of sex is where the “danger zone” is.

It’s when you’re most likely to lose control and finish because you’re most excited.

So start with the least enjoyable position until you’ve calmed down, allowing you to have more control.

Tip #2: Know your point of no return

The point of no return is the point where any more stimulation whatsoever and you are orgasming. Done.

Most guys have no clue where this point is…

So they end up racing to that point and flying off the cliff going “Oh shit! Didn’t see that coming!”

And to know your point of no return, play around during sex and masturbation.

Tip #3: Kinking the hose

During sex, use your thumb and index finger to “kink” your erection.

Just like how you would kink a water hose.

This isn’t to stop the cum from coming out, but to break the nerve signals going from your penis to your brain so you can regain composure and control.

And no, this doesn’t hurt or cause any damage.

Tip #4: Riding a bicycle

So this is a weird one…

But I believe there is a correlation between how often you ride bikes and ability to control ejaculation.

I believe it has to do with the bike seat constantly pressing on your pelvic floor muscles.

All of my friends who ride bikes tell me they never have premature ejaculation, and I noticed it in myself as well because I used to ride a lot when I was younger.

Tip #5: Meditation

Meditation is a fantastic way to keep you out of your head, away from the anxiety around premature ejaculation which will cause a self fulfilling prophecy, and also relaxes your pelvic floor.

Make it a consistent habit and you’ll find it easier to stay in the moment which not only allows you to be a better lover… but one that has more control.

Tip #6: Pelvic bridges

We don’t want to just have a relaxed pelvic floor, but a strong one.

Start by bracing in this position:

Perform and hold a kegel (the muscle contraction you do to stop yourself from peeing mid stream), then do a hip thrust.

Then come back down and release the kegel.

Do that for about 20 reps a day.

Tip #7: Deliberate masturbation

In the last email we talked a lot about how you are training yourself to cum fast through your masturbation habits…

We can do the opposite as well.

This is the only instance I would recommend you masturbate.

Tip #8: Reverse kegels

If a kegel is a contraction of the pelvic floor muscles, a reverse kegel is the release.

The idea behind this is to release the tension down there because if the pelvic floor is holding too much tension, you’re basically primed to ejaculate at any moment.

An easy way to incorporate reverse kegels into your life is whenever you’re peeing, try to push the pee out as fast as possible.

Tip #9: If you feel yourself getting too excited, pull out and go down on her

Don’t think this one needs explaining.

So now you know my methods for lasting as long as I want in bed…
