A Pro’s Advice For Reliably Strong Boners (Part 1)

These are all things I’ve done myself, as a retired adult performer who’s had to get hard in every possible scenario. 

And #15 is probably the weirdest one which no one talks about (yet Harvard has proven it works)...

But first, before we can fix the problem, we have to understand what the problem actually is…

See, your penis is made up of two columns of tissue called the corpora cavernosa, and when these tissues are filled with blood, you get an erection.

And more blood = heavier and stiffer penis.

But getting a strong erection consists of 3 pillars:

#1 - Cardiovascular health - does your body have the ability to pump blood where it needs to go effectively and efficiently?

#2 - Nitric oxide production - a compound produced in your body that causes your blood vessels to relax and blood to flow.

#3 - Strong pelvic floor - a network of muscles that supports internal organs and is responsible for holding up your erection. It’s similar to the foundations of a skyscraper. The stronger your foundation, the higher your “skyscraper” can go.

Now that you understand what makes a strong erection, you’ll understand why my methods work…

Which we’re gonna get into now:

Tip #1: Nitric oxide diet 

Foods that increase nitric oxide production;

- Watermelon (for L-citrulline)

- Non-organic beetroot (specifically non-organic because organic ones contain less nitrates due to less fertilizer use, an unusual trade off I know!)

- Pomegranate or Pomegranate Juice

Tip #2: Supplementation to increase nitric oxide 

Personally, I’d rather supplement the ingredients my body needs to make nitric oxide rather than eat specific foods.

So beetroot extract is great for nitrates.

But also, L-citrulline and L-arginine both directly increase nitric oxide production as well, and their effects are amplified when taken together (studies have proven this).

Tip #3: Supplements to reduce arterial plaque 

Everyone’s familiar with blood clots and heart attacks…

But for some reason no one applies it to the penis.

Your penis can have calcium deposits (plaque build up) as well…

So to clear them out, supplements you can take are vitamin K2 (MK-7 variant) and Icarin.

Tip #4: Fixing venous leakage 

Venous leakage means that your penis cannot trap blood effectively, meaning you can’t get a full erection.

The veins that hold the blood have deteriorated which causes blood to leak out.

And vein deterioration is usually a symptom of underlying health issues like diabetes or high blood pressure.

(Yet another reason to be healthy…)

But, a good supplement to help heal the lining of your veins would be horse chestnut extract.

Tip #5: Nasal breathing 

You actually have erectile tissues lining your nasal passages.

Deep nasal breathing actually helps our body produce more nitric oxide.
