Not feeling your best? Help is here…
If you’ve ever gone to a doctor for things like depression, low energy, brain fog, irritability, or inability to concentrate…
They’d likely prescribe you a pill.
Especially in America.
And if you’ve been following me for some time, you’ll know that mainstream healthcare prescriptions and advice is mostly BS meant to treat the symptoms of your ailments and not actually the root cause (like I’m going to show you today)…
Because if they actually cured you then you wouldn’t need their “medicine” anymore.
This is why they’re almost a trillion dollar industry. They see people like you and I as a source of revenue — not people they need to help.
Now of course, as your big brother I ain’t having this.
After years of research I’ve discovered that depression, low energy, brain fog, irritableness, and inability to concentrate all have ONE thing in common…
An unhealthy gut.
Did you know that 90% of your serotonin and 50% of your dopamine is produced in your gut?
That’s right… This is why a healthy gut is so important for our wellbeing, and your ability to function as a man.
This is what I want to talk to you about today.
Here are 7 simple ways to improve your gut health:
1. Limit smoking
Not saying you can’t enjoy a good cigar (I certainly do).
But limiting your smoking can improve your gut by reducing inflammation, increasing blood flow to the gut, and increasing the diversity of bacteria in your gut.
2. Use psyllium husk
One of the best supplements you can take for gut health.
It helps the beneficial bacteria inside grow.
Studies have shown it to also help ease inflammation, lower LDL cholesterol, and reduce blood pressure.
Use about 5-10 grams a day.
3. Add spices to your food
Spices have been used to improve gut health for centuries.
Some of the best include, sage, fennel, cloves, ginger, oregano, turmeric, cardamom.
4. Lower stress levels
Your gut and your brain are connected by a gut-brain axis.
Meaning, they influence each other very much.
Stress can cause digestive issues, inflammation, and alter your gut bacteria.
Here are ways to lower stress: meditation, exercise, journaling (writing down your problems), taking a walk in nature, and having sex.
5. Feed your gut bacteria
You do this with prebiotics and probiotics.
Probiotics are the bacteria itself — foods like kimchi, sauerkraut, kefir, and yoghurt are very dense in these.
Prebiotics are the “food” that probiotics need to grow and multiply — foods like garlic, onions, bananas and plantains.
Try to have both prebiotics and probiotics everyday.
6. Reduce alcohol intake
Not saying you can’t have the occasional drink…
But binge drinking will have drastic effects on your gut bacteria, and can also damage your gut lining, causing inflammation and digestion problems.
7. Eat a variety of natural foods
Notice I say natural.
Not processed junk like fast food.
Minimize garbage packed with seed oils, chemicals, preservatives, artificial sweeteners, artificial flavorings.
Having a diversity of natural foods improves the diversity of your gut bacteria…
And therefore your mental health as well.
Ditch the meds.
P.S. If you’re struggling with poor sexual performance, I can help you with that too…
>> If you can’t reliably “get it up” - you need to take Wood
>> If you blow too soon, leaving her dissatisfied - you need to take Stud
>> If you’d like to recover faster after you’ve “finished” - so you can enjoy MORE SEX - take Fire
>> If you’re struggling with Performance Anxiety - Bold will solve the problem for you
