It also contains a good amount of vitamin B which is crucial for the production of GABA in our gut which is a “chill pill” neurotransmitter.
If you’re a regular meat eater, you’re likely getting enough already.
3. Allium foods
Bulbous plants like onions, garlic, leeks, chives.
Hands down, the BEST source of prebiotics.
These foods have been heavily studied and are found to act like steroids for our good gut bacteria!
4. Pistachios
One of the most powerful nuts in the world.
Pistachios produce more of the good gut bacteria compared to others.
