Eliminate these from your diet today…

Seed and vegetable oils are everywhere.

And that’s not even the worst part.

Some people even purport them to be healthy!

Absolutely not the case. In fact, these abominations are one of the worst things you can do for your health.

It is largely responsible for stroke and heart attacks… which can come suddenly:

A good example is the famous comedian Patrice O’ Neal, who woke up one day completely paralyzed from head to toe despite being completely fine the night before, dying a few hours after and leaving his family trying to sell his CD’s just to make ends meet.

Why are they so harmful?

First off, the crops they use to extract the oil are heavily genetically modified, and the farmers practically shower them in pesticides.

That alone is a testosterone killer…

But it gets worse.

In the factory, these crops are super heated, causing the polyunsaturated fats in these oils to oxidize. When it oxidizes, these fats will cause cell membrane damage, cause wrinkles, and plaque to build up in your arteries.

And seed/vegetable oils tend to have over 50% content of polyunsaturated fats.

Also, if you think about it, how on earth do you extract a bottle of oil from seeds… or a corn cob?

It goes through a TON of processing.

There are a lot of chemicals mixed in to extract the oil.

One being the petroleum based chemical called hexane, which degenerates your nervous system and can lead to paralysis.

Then, there is also bleaching, and deodorizing of the oil.

And that my friend, is used to make your food.

Sometimes if they want to keep food for longer, they hydrogenate the polyunsaturated fats so it turns into trans fats, to make it solid and have a longer shelf life.

Think frozen pizzas, commercial cakes/pastries, and french fries… they never spoil!

Next time you’re shopping for food, do look at the ingredients.

If it says canola, soybean, corn, cottonseed, sunflower, grapeseed, rice bran, “vegetable”/”seed” oil…

Kindly put it back on the shelf and give it a nice roundhouse kick.

Same goes if it says “trans fat” or “hydrogenated fat” in the nutrition label...

So… are there any GOOD oils?

Yes.

Coconut, olive, macadamia, fish, avocado are good.

They contain mostly monounsaturated and saturated fats… which are great for your testosterone.
